Limbo Health and Fitness Centre
Limbo Health and Fitness Centre is situated at 72 Lyons Rd Holden Hill and has so since 1967. The Gym itself is an icon in North-Eastern Adelaide and is renowned for producing many champions in Bodybuilding and in a wide range of different sports (check out our member profiles). The gym offers a no-hassles, relaxed training environment, catering for the everyday person to the advanced athlete or bodybuilder. It also offers the convenience of being a one-stop-shop for all you training equipment, supplements and supplies.
The gym has a fully equipped cardio section, a huge range of pin loaded machines, Hammer Strength Plate loaded machines, a massive range of free weights, bars, benches, attachments and dumbells ranging from 1kg to 60kg.
Limbo Health and Fitness is a proud supporter of Bodybuilding in SA. Supporting all three major federations (INBA, WNBF and NABBA) Due to this Limbo Health and Fitness Centre has the largest amount of competing bodybuilders in SA.
